Signed NBL Team Jersey Giveaway -Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is DreamCourts Pty Ltd (ACN 629 781 095) ("DreamCourts", "we", "us" or "our").

2. Promotion Period

The DreamCourts Giveaway ("Giveaway") commences at 4:00pm AEST on Wednesday 2 September 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on Sunday 6 September 2026.

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Open to anyone participating in or visiting NBL Blitz 2026, regardless of age or country of residence. If the selected winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf.

Employees, officers, contractors and immediate family members of DreamCourts Pty Ltd and its related entities are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

1. Scan the DreamCourts Giveaway QR code.
2. Complete and submit the required entry details.
3. Agree to the applicable terms and conditions.

One entry per person.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) signed NBL team jersey from a team of the winner's choice.

The specific jersey is subject to availability and DreamCourts' ability to source a signed jersey from the selected team.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries following the close of the Giveaway.

The draw will take place following NBL Blitz 2026 and no later than Friday 11 September 2026.

7. Winner Notification

DreamCourts will contact the winner by phone and/or email by Friday 11 September 2026, using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

The winner may also be announced on DreamCourts' social media channels.

If DreamCourts is unable to contact the winner after making reasonable attempts, DreamCourts reserves the right to conduct a further draw to select a replacement winner.

8. Privacy & Marketing

Personal information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, contact entrants and the winner, and for related DreamCourts marketing purposes.

By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to DreamCourts using their personal information for these purposes, including contacting them by email, SMS, phone and/or other electronic communication about DreamCourts products, services, promotions, competitions and related offers.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

DreamCourts’ Privacy Policy and Collection Statement apply to the collection and handling of personal information.

9. Verification & Disqualification

DreamCourts reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant who:

• provides false, misleading or incomplete information;
• submits more than one entry;
• breaches these Terms & Conditions; or
• engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct in connection with the Giveaway.

10. General Conditions

DreamCourts reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Giveaway where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.

DreamCourts is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or unable to be processed due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

DreamCourts' decision regarding the Giveaway is final, subject to any rights available under applicable law.

11. Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Previous competitions

Cameron Rayner Collaboration

1. Promoter
   The promoter is DreamCourts PTY LTD (Promoter).
2. Promotion period
   The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026.
3. Eligibility
   Entry is open to Queensland residents only who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter and its related entities are ineligible to enter.
4. How to enter
   During the Promotion Period, a customer who purchases any DreamCourts product will automatically receive one entry into the draw, subject to these Terms & Conditions. No separate entry form is required.
5. Qualifying purchase
   A qualifying purchase must be a genuine purchase of a DreamCourts product made during the Promotion Period at normal retail value. Cancelled orders, refunded orders, reversed payments, or disputed transactions are not valid entries.
6. Entry limit
   One entry per qualifying purchase, one entry per household.
7. Prize
   The prize consists of one (1) signed Cameron Rayner Brisbane Lions jersey and a personal visit from Cameron Rayner to the winner’s new DreamCourts court, during which Cameron Rayner will participate in one basketball match with the winner. The visit and match are subject to Cameron Rayner’s availability, the Promoter’s approval, weather, venue suitability, and any safety or logistical requirements. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing.
8. Draw
   The winner will be drawn at random on July 1, 2026 at 12pm AEST at DreamCourts HQ. If more than one prize is offered, prizes will be drawn in descending order of value unless stated otherwise.
9. Winner notification
   The winner will be notified by Phone and email within the first week of the draw. The winner may also be announced on www.dreamcourts.com.au and/or our social media channels after the draw.
10. Unclaimed prize
    If the prize is not claimed within 21 days, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw on July 30th. The redraw winner will be notified using the same method as above.
11. Verification
    The Promoter may require proof of identity, age, residency, and purchase before awarding a prize. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who provides false information or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
12. General conditions
    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary, subject to applicable law. The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or misdirected due to technical or operational issues outside its reasonable control.
13. Privacy
    Personal information collected for this promotion will be used to administer the promotion, contact entrants and winners, and for related marketing purposes in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. By entering, entrants consent to this use.
14. Consumer law
    Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
