February Court & Hoop Cashback Promotion — Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is run by [DreamCourts Pty Ltd] (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am (AEST) on 1 February 2026 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 28 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to customers who:
- are Australian residents aged 18 years or over, and
- purchase an eligible product during the Promotion Period, and
- comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Employees of the Promoter (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter.
4. Eligible Purchases
To enter, customers must purchase a DreamCourts court or hoop product during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Purchase”).
For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion applies to:
- court products, and/or
- basketball hoop,
purchased in February during the Promotion Period.
5. How to Enter
Eligible customers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw for each Eligible Purchase made during the Promotion Period.
No separate entry form is required.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a cashback amount equal to the value of the product purchased as part of their Eligible Purchase (“Prize”).
Important clarification:
- “Value” refers to the product price only.
- The Prize does not include any costs relating to:
- installation,
- freight/shipping/delivery,
- concrete,
- Cyclone Fencing,
- Soft Netting,
- site works,
- labour,
- add-ons, upgrades, accessories, or any third-party costs,
unless explicitly included in the product price.
The maximum Prize value is capped at the amount paid for the eligible product component of the winning order.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place on 02/03/2026 at DreamCourts Head Office.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified within 2 business days of the draw via the contact details provided at the time of purchase (email and/or phone).
The winner’s name (first name and initial, or business name) may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels.
9. Prize Delivery / Payment
The Prize will be paid via refund to the original payment method or via bank transfer, at the Promoter’s discretion.
If a bank transfer is required, the winner must provide valid Australian bank account details.
10. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 14 days of notification, the Prize may be forfeited and a redraw may occur at the Promoter’s discretion.
11. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
If an Eligible Purchase is cancelled, refunded, or returned (in full or in part) before the draw date, the associated entry may be deemed invalid.
If the winner’s order is later refunded or cancelled, the Promoter may require repayment of the Prize (to the extent permitted by law).
12. Verification
The Promoter may request proof of identity, proof of purchase, and/or any other information reasonably required to verify eligibility.
If verification is not provided, the entry may be deemed invalid.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance/use of the Prize.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. General
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- amend these Terms & Conditions, or
- suspend, cancel, or modify the promotion,
where reasonably required due to circumstances outside its control, subject to applicable laws.
15. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and used for the purpose of administering the promotion, contacting the winner, and publishing winner details (where applicable).
