For the purpose of the Warranty ‘defects’ means any imperfection that impairs the use of the Product, or parts and accessories (as the case may be), for its intended purpose.

The Warranty, which must be read subject to your rights at law (see below) is provided on the following terms:

The Warranty Period

The Warranty is a limited lifetime warranty for the structural components of the Product.

The warranty period commences from the date of the original retail purchaser’s purchase of the Product and, subject to the terms set out below, and continues

  • In the case of a Product: for the period of time that the Product is owned by the original purchaser.
  • In the case of parts and accessories: for a period of one year.

If the Product is installed by someone other than a DreamCourts’ professional representative, the purchaser must take photographs of the Product’s ring anchor footing to  clearly prove that the Product has been correctly installed in accordance with DreamCourts’ written assembly instructions. The photographs must be date stamped for verification purposes. The purchaser must retain copies of the photographs for the purpose of making a claim under the Warranty (see below). DreamCourts reserves its right not to honour a claim under the Warranty if a purchaser, who self-installed the Product, cannot produce clear photographic evidence that the Product was correctly installed.

Limitations On The Warranty

The Warranty is solely for the benefit of the original retail purchaser of the Product. The Warranty immediately ceases to exist if and when ownership of the Product is transferred to another person.

The Warranty does not extend to the replacement or repair of the Product or parts where the defect is caused by or attributable to any of the following:

Rusting of Systems

DreamHoops systems are built to withstand the harsh Australian climate. Each system is constructed from hot-dip galvanised steel and rust-treated for maximum durability and corrosion resistance.

Environments with high humidity, heavy rainfall, or coastal salt air can accelerate natural surface rust. Most surface rust is purely cosmetic and does not compromise the structural integrity of the system.

All rust claims are reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis. If rust damage is found to affect structural performance, the affected components will be replaced under our 24-month warranty (valid from the date of installation).
