Dream Courts’ Interlocking Sports Tiles come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty.

The warranty period is from the date of original purchase.
If any flooring is defective in materials or workmanship, DreamCourts will replace the defective flooring with like or similar flooring in accordance with the below:

Replacement cost will not include labor or actual freight charges.
Warranty Restrictions
If the flooring is subject to any use other than its intended use the above warranty coverage is null and void. If flooring is damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, improper installation or other cause not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship, the above warranty coverage shall be null and void. The interlocking system is included under the warranty unless the flooring is disassembled improperly (based on the installation instructions that provide proper disassembly procedure). Appearance of replacement flooring may differ slightly from the original flooring.
Warranty Service
Warranty service is available upon authorization and verification by DreamCourts. Replaced flooring shall become the property of DreamCourts. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. DreamCourts does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this flooring. To the extent allowed by law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose applicable is limited as contained in this written warranty. Neither DreamCourts nor the selling dealer shall be liable for loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss or consequential damages.
Line Marking Warranty
Dream Courts offer a 1 year Line Marking warranty. This warranty covers line marking fade, line marking chipping and logo fading up to 1 year. Dream Courts will return to your site to touch-up paint and/or repaint line markings if your claim is deemed to be fair and within the agreed 1 year period. After 1 year, Dream Courts offers line marking services to our existing clients. If line marking has been deliberately damaged, or their exists negligence or unreasonable use of the interlocking tiles and line markings, the line marking warranty will be null and void.

Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Limited Lifetime Warranty for DreamHoops™ Rings Pro 60 and Rings Pro 72
This warranty against defects in material and workmanship (the Warranty) is provided by Dream Courts Pty Ltd (ACN 629 781 095) (Dream Courts) in respect of the structural components of our basketball ring products known as DreamHoops™ Ring Pro 60 and DreamHoops™ Ring Pro 72 (each, for the purpose of the Warranty, a Product). Parts and accessories, e.g. nets and padding, are also covered by a warranty against defects for a period of one year. For the purpose of the Warranty ‘defects’ means any imperfection that impairs the use of the Product, or parts and accessories (as the case may be), for its intended purpose.
The Warranty, which must be read subject to your rights at law (see below) is provided on the following terms:
The Warranty Period
The Warranty is a limited lifetime warranty for the structural components of the Product.
The warranty period commences from the date of the original retail purchaser’s purchase of the Product and, subject to the terms set out below, and continues
- In the case of a Product: for the period of time that the Product is owned by the original purchaser.
- In the case of parts and accessories: for a period of one year.
Installation of the Product
The Warranty applies to each Product that:
- has been professionally installed by or on behalf of Dream Courts; or
- has otherwise been installed strictly in accordance with Dream Courts’ written assembly instructions, a copy of which will be included with packaging of the Product.
If the Product is installed by someone other than a Dream Courts’ professional representative, the purchaser must take photographs of the Product’s ring anchor footing to clearly prove that the Product has been correctly installed in accordance with Dream Courts’ written assembly instructions. The photographs must be date stamped for verification purposes. The purchaser must retain copies of the photographs for the purpose of making a claim under the Warranty (see below). Dream Courts reserves its right not to honour a claim under the Warranty if a purchaser, who self-installed the Product, cannot produce clear photographic evidence that the Product was correctly installed.
Use of the Product and parts and accessories
The Warranty is conditional upon the Product being used for normal basketball activities and otherwise being maintained in accordance with any written instructions included inside and/or on the Product’s packaging.
Limitations on the Warranty
The Warranty is solely for the benefit of the original retail purchaser of the Product. The Warranty immediately ceases to exist if and when ownership of the Product is transferred to another person.
The Warranty does not extend to the replacement or repair of the Product or parts where the defect is caused by or attributable to any of the following:
- improper installation of the Product;
- improper use of the Product, e.g. using the Product in a manner that is inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Product or otherwise inconsistent with any written directions that accompany the Product;
- negligence in the use or maintenance of the Product;
- abuse or vandalism of the Product;
- alteration of the Product;
- fire;
- paint, rusted parts, surface scratches, fading, discoloration, cracking or normal wear and tear that does not affect the intended functionality of the Product; and
- damage to the Product caused by an act of God, including extreme weather, flooding, tornadoes, cyclones, wind storms, fallen trees or earthquakes etc.
Making a claim under the Warranty
Dream Courts warrants that the Product, including parts and workmanship, are free from defects. However, if there is a defect in the Product, the parts or in our workmanship then, subject to the limitations above, Dream Courts will, at its discretion either repair or replace the relevant defective Product or part(s).
Dream Courts will bear the reasonable cost to repair or replace any defective Product, or parts, that have been validly claimed under the Warranty. When returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products, Dream Courts may arrange return postage on your behalf or refund reasonable postage costs upon presentation of a postage receipt, subject to our confirmation that the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly described. If, upon inspection, the Product is found not be faulty, damaged or incorrectly described we may require you to pay for the cost of the return postage.
Subject to any additional rights you may have at law, the repair or replacement of a defective Product in accordance with the terms of the Warranty represents Dream Courts’ exclusive remedy. Dream Courts is not liable for any other damages or expenses incurred or for loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss or consequential damages suffered as a result of the Product, parts or workmanship being defective.
To make a claim under the Warranty the purchaser must provide the following details to Dream Courts:
- the original retail purchaser’s receipt (or other proof) of purchase of the Product;
- a full and clear description of the defect(s) affecting the Product or its parts including any available photographs of the defect(s);
- if the Product was self-installed, please also provide photographs taken at the time of installation showing the ring anchor footing of the Product; and
- the purchaser’s full contact details, including:
- full name;
- telephone contact number;
- contact email address; and
- shipping address.
